Mod Burger - $8
Beef patty, THICK smoked bacon, jalapenos, tomato and cheese on a bolillo bun. The bacon on this burger is basically the thickest bacon I've ever had on a burger, it must be hand slices. Its also surprisingly lean. Every bite has a huge bacon flavor. I like the greens instead of iceberg lettuce (really can't stand iceberg lettuce, to me its the reason salad dressing was invented). It was loaded with jalapenos but really wasn't that hot. Really a great solid burger. Synopsis: More bacon tastes than the bacony bacon bacon burger.
Pork Dumplings - $6
These seem to be more of a pot-sticker. I think these are steamed dumplings then fried crisp on one side. Really nice and crisp too. A spicy honey mustard and a soy sauce on the side. I like the crisp on them. The are tender too, so many dumpling get a bit leathery. Synopsis: Really good dumplings!
