An all beef hot dog covered with a mound of butter sauteed onions, bacon bits, and miso mayonnaise. Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans. It sounds like it would be something super pungent, really I find it pretty mild and it mostly adds salt and umami, Umani has been called the taste of deliciousness, on of the new recognized five basic tastes. The onions are sweet and rich. There is a distinctive taste and texture to an all beef hot dog and that stands out in this one. Synopsis: A simple dog designed to push your taste bud buttons.
A good sized portion of fries topped with shredded cheese and melted jalapeno cheese (think nachos), spicy snow crab mix, Sriracha and spicy mayo. These are some rib sticking fries, lots of cheese. They are a little hard to eat because the melted cheese soon glues it all together. While the snow crab mix is good, I couldn't really taste the subtle crab taste, but it did make this very rich. Synopsis: Rich and spicy without being too heavy.
