Roasted Pork Cuban Texas Slider - $5
Lots of thin sliced roasted pork, mustard, pickles, Swiss cheese on a brioche bun. Brioche bread is a version of french bread with the addition of egg and butter, marking it richer and finer. Usually brioche is yellow in color, good stuff. The roast pork was tender and kinda sweet, made me almost think of ham. pickles and mustard are just natural companions. Synopsis: Its the other white meat!
