The Houston Food Park is just making it too easy to work my way through all the trucks in Houston.
A beer boiled brat, served on a toasted bun caramelized onions. The brat usually comes with peppers too but we opted for just onions this time. The brat was tasty and amazingly tender. I don't know if that was because of the brat they used or how they cooked it. If you like caramelized onions you will love these, done well and plenty of them! Synopsis: A great classic brat.
