Pretty much a standard large slice of pizza. A good crispy very thin crust Topped with a good tomato sauce, cheese, and soppressata salami. I was immediately reminded of the crust from the late Late Night Pie in Midtown. The soppessata definitely works here, think of it as a drier maybe a little spicier version of salami. the result is the slice isn't as greasy as your regular pepperoni slice. Synopsis: Eat it while its hot, be prepared to fold it like a New Yorker though!

Rotini, smoked mozzarella and black olives. Very tasty, not over done pasta that is still nice and firm. the sauce was interesting, tomato based with a lot of some ground cured meat (soppressata?) and fresh oregano. Synopsis: bold and tasty, I wanted more.
It's now raising its very first bread. On top is the paneer from earlier this week, Los Angeles Catering
