Lots of braised pastured pork with roasted cabbage, leeks over steamed brown rice. The menu lists braised red beans, but I didn't see any in mine. Loved the sweet very tender and succulent pork down very simply. My bowl had a lot of course ground red pepper with a lot of hot pepper bite (just the way I like it!) The salty cabbage and leeks complimented the pork nicely. Good chewy brown rice to soak up the juices. Honestly the large was plenty, but I wanted more. Synopsis: If you aren't into black pepper, ask them to go light, but if you like pork you'll like this.
